Main application Pad Printing Silicone for pads making :

Pad printing silicone rubber is applicable to produce printing pads, mainly used for printing the irregular patterns on plactics toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, tradermarks ect.

 

This product is is featured as good printing effects, no particle,without any impurity, resistance the friction,and good resilience .And different colors ,like red, green, yellow, etc., are availabe according to the requirements of customers.

 

Packaging, storage and transportation

(1) The RTV-2 silicone rubber is packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside,and iron barrel (tin) outside, packing in 5 kg, 20 kg , 200 kg.

Curing agent (catalyst, cross-linking agent or other additives) are packed with 1 kg, 25 kg plastic bottles or barrels, and the weight is 3-5% of total silicone.

(2) The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain, it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compounds. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.For some models, after three months, the viscosity will increase, which will be, generally speaking, no effect to its performance. It can be re-used through a re-examination even If over its storage period. Curing agent is easy to absorb moisture and get volatilized, so the deterioration should be sealed for storage.

(3) The goods is NOT subject to IMDG except the curing agent.
