The Main Technical Parameters of The Pipe Bending Machine

1, Master cylinder: inside diameter: φ250mm diameter of the rod: φ210mm

effective strock:12m the max thrust of the 2 cylinders 210T.

The other smaller cylinders: φ125mm 2 pieces.

2, Hydraulic pump station

   a,station configuration:   25scy plunger pump 1 set , 7.5KW Motor 1 set ( to converse frequency

adjust the speed of the master pump)

   PV2R13-17-116 gear pump 1 set ,15KW Motor 1 set ( fast forwad and backward,to guide clamp wheel,fixture motor).

3,The guiding part of the main machine is controled by four wheels, the clamp holding different size run

   By the hydraulic motor, it open and closed drived by the oil cylinder, the oil cylinder drive the the rocking arm to adjust the bending radius.

After-sales service

We are responsible for the repair in one year after the machine out of our factory, (except the human factors); the buyer supply the room and board to the engineer(s) during the term.

Payment terms

30% advance payment by T/T before the production,

65% by T/T before goods delivery.

5% by T/T after installation and commissioning.
