Product detail: 1.milling chamber

It consists of M-shaped milling slot and two side plates .The slot is made of high quality abrasion-resistant steel .The jacketed structure is for cooling or heating .the internal surface is coated with hard chrome.

2.the central base of  the mixing chamber is designed with plug-in thermal resistance sensor ,which is connected with electric control system to monitor and control the mixing temperature.

3.It is made of train shaft materials with high precision treatment .the driving force is good .It has long and short rib rotors.there is a hole connecting through with the inner cavity of the rib for better cooling effect.The rid peak and end face build-up weld is made of abrasive hard metal alloy.It is polished after grinding and hard chrome plating.

4.Heating and cooling system

A set of pipe system is adopted to cool or heat the media(water,steam or oil).It connects with rotor rib,mixing chamber and pressing ram in three ways to cool or heat the material by circulation.

5.turnover mechanism

It consists of breaking motor,cycloidal speed reducer and enveloping worm turbine .The driving mixing chamber turns 140⁰ around the front rotor

6.Dust-proofing and sealing device

The upper port of mixing chamber and the interface of frame bracket is an arched plate labyrinth-type structure .The rotor shaft end face is made of alloy steel sleeve .The contact-type unlubricated spring tensioning structure has a reliable sealing effect and abrasive feature.

7.main driving system

It consists of main motor,speed reducer and friction gear so that the two rotors are different rotated in opposite direction.

8.pneumatic control system

The bi-directional cylinder drives the movement  of pressing ram.when the mixing chamber is overloaded,the current will send instruction .the pressing ram will lift automatically to protect the motor.the pressing ram can be lifted force by manual when necessary.
