Electric furnace dedusting includes smelting stage, oxidation stage and reduction stage. Smelting stage is mainly unctuous combustible substances burning and metallic substance gasification produce black brown fume in high temperature. Oxidation stage is strengthening decarburization. Oxygen blast or adding ore will produce amount auburn heavy smoke. Reduction stage is remove oxygen and sulfur in steel. And adjust chemical composition by putting powdered charcoal, slag making material, etc. and produce white and black smoke.
