Intended Use

Used for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen in whole blood.

Test Principle

The kit uses the double antibody sandwich method for qualitative detection of HBsAg in whole blood, in the detection test line (T) coated with monoclonal antibodies against HBSAG B, control line (C) coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies.

Alcohol pad, lancet, buffer, cassette, plastic straw, desiccant, instruction for use.

Test Procedure

Please read the instructions carefully before detection, do not open the Test Cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.

1. Keep the test cassette and the specimen back to room temperature to 20-30 ℃.

2. Open the foil pouch, take out the cassette and put on the table. 3. Add 2 drops sample (about 80-100ul) with a dropper into the sample holes on the cassette. 4. Read the test results in 15-20 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.

Interpretation of Result

Positive: Two red lines appear in the test area (T) and the control area (C).

Negative: Only a red line appears in the control line (C). There is no red band in the test area (T).

Invalid: Quality control area (C) does not appear a red line, indicating faulty operation or reagent failure.

Usually, strip 50 test/box; cassette 40test/box or 20 test/box. It depends different products and customers’ requirement.

2. What is your order procedure?  

Discuss the cost and pay to our bank account or our west union account, and arrange the production, and then deliver the products, and let you know the tracing number.

3. What’s the delivery time?
