2. Sample Order:

2 times charges for sample, 1 time charges will be refunded back to customer if bulk order placed. 

3. Leadtime:

45 days after receiving deposit and shop drawings (veneer, fabric, marble, hardware...) being confirmed. 

4. Payment Terms:

EXW or FOB(Shenzhen), T/T ,30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. 

5. Package:

Standard exporting carton packing, expandable polyethylene, customed corrugated carton. Strong enough for long distant transport.

6. Warranty:

One year against manufacturing defect, offer lifetime consultation on problems occurred.
