Wasabi is a Japanese horseradish that is grated into a green paste. It is most popularly used as a condiment for sushi; however, wasabi is also used for many other Japanese dishes.

When mixed with water, wasabi powder thickens into a paste. It has a strong hot flavor which dissipates within a few seconds and leaves no burning aftertaste in one’s mouth.

Storage: keep in cool and dry place and keep from the sunlight.

 

Usage: Mix the Powdered Wasabi well with cold water in rate 1:1.(e.g Every 100g of Powdered Wasabi add 100g of cold water.) Better to finish the prepared wasabi in one day. If not, cover it and store in refrigerator.
