Introduction of whole production process
In the front, it’s the reactor. When you put the waste materials into the reactor, and heat it. When the reactor’s temperature is up to certain centigrade, the oil gas will get out. Then the oil gas will get along with the water jut flue pipe into the double catalyst chamber. In the oil gas, there are some impurities and heavy oil. Because their destinies are heavy, so they are deposited in there. Then the
more pure oil gas will go along with the link pipe into the oil water separator, this part’s function is similar to the double catalyst chamber. So you should put a light oil tank in there to storage the oil. After all these, the oil gas will be gone through three set’s of cooling systems. The first is two big condensers, the next is two small condensers, and the last is wind condenser. All these cooling systems are to make oil gas into oil and increase the oil rate. In the two big condensers, there need recycling water to cool down the oil gas sufficiently, so you should a cooling pool to provide the recycling water nearby. In the second cooling system, there also cold water. As for the wind condenser, you can see a blower, when the blower is rotating, then around pipe’s temperature will be lowed so that get more oil. You can put a big light oil tank near the cooling system to storage the oil. There will be a little oil gas that can’t be turned into the liquid, so the oil gas will get through the safety water and get back in the the furnace to heat the reactor again.
