2.Main application:

The bead cutter is one equipment that beading the tire with the outer diameter =<Ø1200mm tire under normal temperature, its goal is to judge the tire, for facilitating the following wiredrawing working procedure march.

Working principle:

Hydraulic system working, leads the piston rod to be reciprocal motion, piston rod takes the cutting blades out of tire baffle, then hangs the tire on cutting blades, after that the blades retracts in the tire baffle by the cylinder impetus, under the function of the guidance board, to cut the steel from tire rims by blades edge.

 

3. Equipment Feature:

1. The spare parts of hydraulic station, oil cylinder, electric control cabinet are fixed on the machine frame, simple structure, good design.

2. The body of cutter blades adopts guidance surface, the edge of blades adopts high hardness antifriction alloy welding rod, with long lifespan.

3. Adopts the hydraulic working way of fast free-load inlet and slow over-load cut to greatly improve production efficiency.

4. Adopts hydraulic lift structure to reduce labor cost.
