MW16

1:These series lifting magnet are used for handling strip coils.They are divided into straight handle type, horizontal type and universal type. A special type of magnet is also available for use with the open coils annealing process.

2:The tight coils are allowed to open out so that theres a clearance between the rolls of the coils into which high temperature gas is passed to perform even annealing.

3:It can work straightly or horizontally at 100-500. Straight handling type-Magnets attract at the side of coils. Theyre used to load or unload in the annealing furnace. Its suitable to handle open or tight strip coils. 

4: Horizontal handling type-Magnets attract at the side of coils. Coils must be tight. The magnet can pile up coils. The area of the handling yard can therefore be used more effectively.
