*The Cycler 003 is the most economic and full function gradient thermal cycler.

gradient function gives a good linearity across the well plate (see the following graphic).

*The adjustable heated lid (100ºC to 115ºC), designed to reduce the risk of sample evaporation, 

can be enabled or disabled. The heated lid only comes on if the block is set above 35°C.
