Usable for rubber or plastic mixing or rubber and plastic blending.
3, Features
1) Mixing temperature can be controlled.
2) Optimization of helical angle of rotor wings brings about homogenerous distribution of the stock.
3) Rotors are hard chrome and carbide alloy to resist abrasion and corrosion.
4) Jacket design of mixing chamber for better cooling and heating .
5) Rubber stock is fed through the rear door and discharged by mixing chamber tilting forward by 140°.
Easy to change rubber color and clean mixing chamber.
6) Omoron PLC controller.
