Detail Introduction:

1. 1.    Device functionality: perforating, counting (display on the touch screen), slitting, rewinding at the same time. The end face is neat.
2. 2.    The machine punch cutter shaft, the effective width can be customized, independent drive servo motor, anti-jamming system with timing belt, perforated spiral wire cutter shaft (punch knife the size of the specifications provided by the customer), balance, and can adjust the perforating slope, perforated pitch can be adjusted from 10cm above (setting on the touch screen).
3. 3.    Slitter shaft and closing roller with a servo motor with synchronous belt drive, the knife shaft material hardness and toughness are enhanced, so as to easy changing of the upper and lower knives.
4. 4.    Slitting and perforating must add the guide roller device, the guide roller material selection aluminum alloy, less than 80mm in diameter and can rotate freely.
