Product use
The machine is mainly used to punch the non-woven fabrics.
Main structural features
a. Crankcase is driven by double shafts, it runs stably, has low fluttering.
b. There is aerodynamic brake structure in crankcase, ensuring needle board stop in the upper limit position, so that the board is easy to disassemble and assemble.
c. Output roller and input roller are driven by frequency motor, which speed can be automatically regulated according to technics needs. Crankcase motor is frequency motor, and frequency punching can be automatic regulated.
d. Cool lubricate, there is separate lubricate system in the machine.
e. One set of spare boards are equipped with the machine.
