A. Slick Drill Collar: mainly used to provide bit weight to drill bit so that drill pipe is in tension.

B. Spiral Drill Collar: used to reduce contact area with hole so as to avoid efficiently bit sticking from differential pressure.

C. Spiral Drill Collar With Elevator Groove And Slip Groove:  used as lifting sub and safety slip when trip out. The technical parameters for elevator groove and slip groove is as per API SPEC7_1. Hard banding is optional at customers' request.

D.Non magnetic Drill Collar: cold rolled finish on both ID and OD surface with unique technical process strengthen the structure and ensures the tools with optimal resistance to stress, corrosion & cracking.

Product Information:

1.Definition:  It is the round pipe with smooth surface and thick wall, and the both ends are machined screw thread for connection.

2.Usage:  It is mainly used between the drill head and the drill pipe, so that it can make the drill head work reposefully and keep right trace by providing the pressure and weight for drill head.

3.Standard:API Spec.7-1 and SY/T 5144

4.Material:AISI 4145H modified alloy steel

5.Inspection&Test: When producing, traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed.
