Motor-driven overhead traveling crane,workshop overhead crane

This model crane is improved from common overhead crane!
Composed of box-type frame, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment. In order to prevent the current of electrical equipment would through lifted parts endanger the driver of crane during working, so the insulation equipment is set up at some suitable positions. The crane belongs to heavy working grade, in order to secure safety; main hoist mechanism is matched with double brakes.All mechanisms are operated in driver's cabin.
Overhead Crane girder:
The crane girder is of welded girder construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and small wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway!
1. Main body: strong bridge main beam and end beam boxed type with No Juncture Welding technology for main box, and welded by mechanical hand.
2. Lifting mechanism: electric hoist, trolley, with hydraulic brake and load overload protection
3. Electrical equipment: Electric systems are Siemens brand or Schneider brand!
4. Motors: motors are heavy duty YZR model , slide ring type, Xindali brand, top brand on YZR motor----motors are Nanjing Special Brand –NO.1 for electric hoist lifting and single beam travelling
5. Gear box: Tailong or Taixing brand, Top brand on heavy duty gearbox
