1. Functions 

 

1.1 Pile Driving Function: TDB Series Pile Driver is designed to install and maintain highway anti-collision guard rails and guardrail posts. It is also used for the installation of photovoltaics (PV), solar cells and panels.

 

1.2 Pile Extracting Function: With the same hydraulic system for extracting poorly driven or incorrectly positioned posts in road maintenance work, it is a professional machine for the extraction of guardrail posts from any surface condition.

 

1.3 Pile Drilling Function: This equipment can drill holes into the concrete, rock, granite and other very hard road materials, and then easily install the posts.

 

 

2. Features

 

2.1 TDB Series Pile Driver is composed of the chassis, guide rail, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electrical, cooling and control system, pile extracting equipment and pile drilling equipment. Its characteristics include quick and exact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, agile, ergonomic design, easy operation, high efficiency and a low price.

 

2.2 The tow bar is connected with the chassis. In using a tow truck or trailer to tow the machine to the work site, first it is needed to lay down the tow bar and disengage the clutch. The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of the guide rail are controlled through hydraulic system.

 

2.3 It has a very famous Changchai brand diesel engine with electric starting equipped, has stable performance, simple operation and maintenance and a very long service life.

 

2.4 The control system is equipped with multidirectional control valves and centralized hydraulic control rods which make the operation simple and convenient.

 

2.5 It can install piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request the machine can be supplied with extension guide rail which can install piles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.

 

2.6 The pile drilling motor is hydraulically operated and the drill is pneumatically operated with an air compressor. The drilling equipment comprises of a hydraulic motor, connecting device, connecting rod, pneumatic percussion hammer and a drill bit.

 

2.7 The pile driving equipment operates hydraulically under variable horsepower engines and drills which can be accessorized for job specific functions in boring multi-diameter holes into earth, sand, gravel or other soft media as can be found in agricultural or rural environments. This equipment can be used for photovoltaic (PV), solar cell and panel installations. Deep tread patterned tires allow for maximum traction in all terrains.

 

2.8 As the pile driving, extracting and drilling equipment all share one chassis, it is the most economical investment for getting all three functions. You can install any accessory onto the chassis according to your working need.
