My iPhone 4 32G has had charging problems for the past few days. It started saying 'Unable to charge from this device' then it would only charge up tp 70% this deminished and now the iPhone will not charge at all. I have tried a variety of different chargers and it makes no difference. (Patrick - Highgate)

 

My daughter broke off the iPhone headphone socket in my ipad 3... I attempted to get it out but there's no way I can achieve this. Presumably it can be opened up and push out from inside? Do you use original parts?

In most cases the answer is always yes. We work very hard to track down only original parts for our customers. Where original parts are no longer available, or we are not able to track them down we will use only the highest quality aftermarket parts. Micro Link does not use cheap, low quality parts. There are many places that will do cheaper repairs across the capital but this is reflected in the workmanship and the part. We see many items that get brought into use after poor repairs and fake parts.
