The industry production take the "Bayer" method of alkaline process. And this method is suitable for the high grade ore with high aluminium, low silicon. The advantage is with low investment, energy saving, short construction period, high automatic.

 

It's costing 2T of alumina for making 1T of aluminium ingot. Based on mating the production capacity 3T/H it's needs build a plant for producing alumina 50,000T per year. The investment amount might be $2.06 million USD. The construction term will be 1-2 years.
