Coconut flooring has become popular especially in recent years, due to it's durability, warm, soft apperance, and strong endurance under constant changing weather conditions. Coconut flooring is best suitable for indoor. Coconut flooring is widely used worldwide. PT Dabin Bestari is producing coconut flooring in different sizes and utilizing best practice construction methods.
 
Furthermore, coconut log is the right choice for the raw material timber ecolabeling issue. We only used 80 years mature non productive plantation grown coconut trees. We used hard dark color coconut wood. It has beautiful, rich color and unique texture.
 
Our production are in the industrial part of Semarang. PT Dabin Bestari was established in 2006 and is privately owned. We understand the needs and criteria if worldwide market. We used shopisticated machinery, kiln dry facilities, huge raw material storage, and general processing areas for our products. The capacity of our factory is 5 containers of flooring per month.

Our detail product as follows:
 
1. Standard size : 15 mm x 90 mm x random lengths (450mm, 600mm, 750mm, and 900mm).
2. Profile : Tongue and Groove with end matching.
3. Ave hardness : Janka hardness rating of 10.
4. Stability ratio : ASTM D1037 - 99 stability of 0.00194 (American stadards).
5. Dimensional stability : at 20% relatve humidity is Linear Expansion : Paralel -0.01 and perpendicular is 0.03%, and thickness swell of 0.48%.
6. Fire rating : ASTM -E 648, critical radiant flux 0.54, meets class 3 rating.
7. Moisture Content : 8% +/- 1%.
8. Packing : Vacuum sealed in plastic in cardboard box.
9. Box contents : 24 boards covering 1.944 m2 (for all 900 mm length) 24 boards covering 1.458 m2 random lengths (6 boards 900 mm,6 boards 750 mm, 6 boards 600 mm, and 6 boards 450 mm).
10. 1 box = 24 boards, 1 palet = 25 box = 600 boards, 1 container 20 feet = 14.400 boards or equal to 872,8 m2, 1 container 20 feet = 24 pallets.
11. Treffert coating system class 31 guarantee for 25 years for residential and 5 years for commercial use.
