Excellent Door

Plywood Door  is using Nyatoh / Pine Kiln dried solid

wood for the frame sized 30 x 35 mm  with

Butt Joint System and laminated   

with Meranti Plywood Skin  2,7 mm thru  Cold Press  Machine with PVAC glue.

 

Engiwood Door is using Nyatoh Kiln dried solid wood for the frame sized 30 x 45 mm with Finger Joint System and laminated   

with few variant of the skin such as Teakwood , Nyatoh, Sungkai , Megateak dan Meranti Plywood  thru Hot Press System with German’s Technology at temperature of 120 Celsius which made the door  less of bend due to moisture change. We use Urea Glue for laminating the skin door.

We also make the  door looks perpect and uniqeu by adding few variations such as Groove ( line ), Stainless Steel and also Onyx Stone.

Panel of High Density Fibreboard (HDF) thru Hot Press System with German’s Technology at temperature of 120 Celsius which made the door  less of bend due to moisture change. We use Urea Glue for laminating the skin door.
