All veneer are well matched and jointed where necessary.

Construction
Groove cylinder dowels are used for all stile, rails and mullions joined in door parts.

Finishing 
For veneer and timber surface, all bare door surface finished with #180 sand paper.

Moisture Content  : 10 - 12

Glazing : 5mm tempered frost glass warped in vinyl (optional)

Glue : Internal standard glue
