1. Power Output Switch has three tiers of power output levels which are optimised for slope, level road and city road respectively. It saves up to 7% of fuel consumption per 100 km than the competitors, reducing the fuel cost for the customers at most.
2. Double Logarithmic Spiral Blade Technique keeps charging & discharging speed no less than 3m3/min and residual rate less than 0.4%, offering more efficiency.
3. The mixing drum is made of B520JJ Alloy Steel with an yield strength of 520mPa. The wear-resistance of the alloy steel prolongs the life span of the drum up to 10 years, which is 15% longer than competitors whose drums are made of 16Mn Steel.
4. Charging Hopper & Discharging Chute have Strength-plus plates welded and wear-resistant paintings sprayed over to increase the life span of the equipment.
5. Triple Layer Carling Chassis Frame & Wide Wing of the Carling Design are specialized, offering more reliable performances when mixing.
