Keria is a malaysian delicacies made from potatos that is shaped into a donut and sprinkled with icing sugar. It is also known as "Malaysian Donut" and its very famous among the locals. The preparation is very simple, just fry it till golden brown and sprinkle some icing sugar on top for additional sweetness. The Keria itself is sweet on its own.
