Product detail:Love letter or more commonly known as "Kuih Kapit" in Malaysia and has become one of the festival food during Chinese New Year's celebration. The process of making love letter is, firstly, mix the wheat flour, sugar and eggs in the mixing bowl, slowly add the coconut milk and stir until smooth and well blended. Lightly grease the love letter moulds with a piece of muslin cloth dipped in oil. Heat the moulds over the oven. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the preheated mould, close it tightly and bake for about half a minute on each side until it turns into golden in color. Remove and immediately fold into quarter (triangle shape) before it cooling, store in an air-tight container or tin.
