Procedure :
1.Seller send FCO valid 2 working days.
2.Within 7 ( seven) international banking days the buyer must issue Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order ( ICPO) and Bank Comfort Letter ( BCL) signed by 2 ( two) Bank Officers.
3.Seller transmits draft contract.
4.Buyer agree draft contract then signed and return to the seller.
5.Buyer opens his financial instrument.
6.Buyer shall issue irrevocable, Prime Bank Stand by Letter of Credit or Letter of Credit.
7.Delivery 21 dyas once SBLC issued and 31 days once L/ C issued*
8.Validity of this offer is good through Desember 20.2009
