1. Buyer issue ICPO with BBL and NCNDA

2. Seller/Mandate send FCO

3. Seller prepare SPA draft contract

4. Buyer return SPA duly signed

5. Buyer's bank issue Irrevocable, transferable LC as per SPA

6. Delivery commence as pe SPA
