Origin: Indonesia.

Quantity: 10,000-20,000 Metric Ton per shipment.

Contract Duration: To Be Agreed by Seller and Buyer.

Loading Port: Kalimantan/seller Choice

 

Delivery Term: Subject to stock availability and market condition. FOB or CIFTerms.

Price: Seller’s option to fix the price according to monthly MPOB Peninsular Malaysia Average price with fixed Discount. 

Payment Terms: By Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight issued by any Top 20 Prime Bank, with partial shipments allowed.

Inspection: Quality, Quantity and Weights by SGS at Load Port at Seller’s Cost.

Quality/Weight: Quality and Weight is final at Load Port as per SGS report.
