Wil Mat is a biodegradable erosion control blanket designed for use on steep embankment, landfill side slopes, high-flow drainage channels with slope exceeding a 1:1 grade and bio-engineering. The Wil Mat would greatly protect the seed and soil from the ravages of soil particle detachment caused by wind and rain. The protective mulch covered by the blankets helps create optimal conditions for seed germination and growth The Wil Mat netting constructed using the leno weave method which assures better blanket stability under more severe applications. Made From mix of 70% padi straw and 30% coconut fiber provides extra protection for extended vegetation growth. The organic netting structure offers excellent flexibility, moisture absorption and ability to conform to the soil surface. Designed for low maintenance areas such as subtle grades, swales, roadside slopes and bioengineering. Intended for vegetation growth and providing turf reinforcement for up to 36 months.
