BWYS Group as a metal foundry specializing in special steel works and roller shutters. It expanded from a small manual foundry to a full-fledged factory.

“METECH” racking systems have been successfully penetrated to 25 countries world wide, covering the Asian Region, Australia, New Zealand, Fuji, Guam, Middle East and Russia.
1) Metalock
Selective (Wide Aisle Racking)
It provides a wide aisle direct access to all pallets for 100% accessibility and good stock rotation. It also offers fully adjustable beam levels, and is the most cost effective storage system with the lowest equipment and capital costs.
VNA (Very Narrow Aisle Racking)
By using a narrow aisle and storing pallets to a greater height, with special high lift truck; it can retain the flexibility of Selective Racking, and also increase about 50% storage capacity compare to Selective Racking.
Double Deep Racking
It halves the number of aisles and with wide aisle direct access, enables to increase 50% storage capacity compare to Selective Racking. But this application requires double deep trucks and restricts access to each individual pallet.
Drive in Racking
It uses as LIFO (last in, first out) storage method. The last pallet put into a row is necessarily the first one to be taken out. With only one entrance, it provides a high occupancy rate system than other high density storage application.
Pallet Live Storage
It uses as FIFO (first in, first out) storage method. The systems are high density pallet storage systems that utilize depth to increase capacity; expecially when there are few SKU’s and high number of pallets. The system is advantageous for material with an expiration date or whenever shelf life is a major concern.
Mobile Racking
It offers a very high density storage system with 100% utilization of pallets positions, with only 1 aisle. The storage carriage is driven by integral electric motors and can be moved individually, permitting access to any pallet at anytime. The system is particularly effective in Cold Storage where aisle space is at a premium.
Multi-Tier Racking
It allows double, triple or more floor space by using racking to support. We can separate the areas for goods loaded on or retrieved from the higher levels by means of fork-lift trucks or incline belt conveyor.
Cantilever
It is designed to maximize the storage space, whilst giving us an easy accessibility. It has no vertical obstructions in the storage area. It is an ideal storage for store long, irregular and mixed loads item. Store items of varying lengths without interference or modification rack.
2) Metaspan - Medium Duty Long Span Racking
Metaspan Shelving System
To meet our customers various storage requirements, our designers now provide a cost effective medium duty storage solution. It is an ideal for storage of small but medium weight parts. Metaspan shelving system can be decked with timber or steel shelves. Depending on the load capacities and floor loading requirements, Metaspan Shelving System can be used for 2-tier shelving system with timer or steel mesh grating as floor decking.
Metaspan with Mezzanines
2-tier Metaspan shelving system can be used for the storage of silicon wafer products. Shelf levels are decked with galvanished steel mesh grating.
3) Metalite Shelving System
The messy and time-consuming task of bolting and tying of uprights with horizontal member is over. Metech’s proven and time-tested light duty shelving system is an improved version of the age-old slotted angle shelving system. The improvisation is the absence of bolts and nuts.
Metalite Shelving System is so easy to use, versatile and flexible. It is widely used to store light items such as electronic parts, apparels, footwear, automative, industrial spare parts and etc.
Archive filling systems using Metalite Shelving System is economical and we have even designed a retractable light ladder for retrieving and storage of items at higher shelf levels.
