The Precision Safety Air Gun uses EXAIRs new NANO SUPER AIR NOZZLEthat has been engineered to maximize entrainment of room air whileminimizing compressed air consumption. It has a rugged type 316stainless steel construction that ejects the compressed
air through a series of holes located in recessed grooves on the nozzlesurface. Safe operation is assured since the airflow that exits thenozzle can not be blocked, as required by OSHA standard 1910.242(b).The 75 dBA noise level is a fraction of ordinary air guns and wellbelow the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard29 CFR 1910.95(a).
The Precision Safety Air Gun has a high impact, glass reinforced nylonplastic construction. The ergonomic design keeps the hand in acomfortable position and incorporates a large trigger grip that permitsoperation with one or more fingers. A hanger is provided for convenientstorage or mounting to a tool balancer. The inlet is 1/4 NPT.
