Both the 25R and 40R series Infinitum Desulfators are exactly the same as the 12V Infinitum Desulfator except that they have no shut off feature. It can therefore desulfate batteries from 6V to 12V.
Infinitum Desulfators have a unique feature where it desulfates batteries regardless of its Ah (Amp hour) level, the 12VID-40R Desulfator was designed to provide that added pulse level for batteries with a 70Ah level or more.
