Kanom pansib or panklib is a product which made from wheat flour mixing with white non-glutinous rice flour,coconut,milk,egg,vegetable oil and limewater and well-selected ingredients,and then mixed in the right amount.mixing them together and you would get them as needed quality;divide the dough into small pieces,spread out the dough into a thin disk,fill with various fillings,fold a half of the dough,then roll off the edge of the dough where it splices together into a spiral,and fry in oil at the proper temperature and time.
