Our Briquette is made of 100% coconut shell charcoal powder. Coconut shell is one of the best raw materail for making charcoal due to high percentage of fixed carbon, low volatile matter and only few percentage of ash. We select the coconut shell only from the large coconut farm in order to ensure the sustainabilty of the coconut shell source. Once the aged coconut shells are collected and deliverd to the factory, the carbonization process in the temperature-controlled carbonizer is applied on them. Afterwards, the coconut shell charcoal is obtained and inserted to the crusher in order to create charcoal powder. The next step is based on Pressure Agglomerization which uses the screw type briquetting machine to apply the high pressure with heat constantly to the charcoal powerder, resulting in creating a high quality coconut shell briquette.
Our Briquette is 100% green, no chemical related to the process, easy to handle, long combustion, without producing smoke and flames .
