A brief explanation about our methods of production
solid silver 925 production , specifications of manufacturing steps
all pure silver used for all our jewellery is 999.9 and alloy used to manufacture our 925 silver are all of the highest European certified standards
after casting all jewellery pieces go through a serious of filling and polishing prose , then 3 steps of quality control .
next step each piece will be HAND POLISHED ONE BY ONE , this polish is done prior to stone setting so as underneath all stones will have an everlasting shine ..........after stone setting is completed , another hand polish is done prior to plating
plating :
this step for us is one of the most important as it will seal all our work in a chamber of hard rhodium plating to with stand any harsh weather conditions , so we take grate care during this step
as a matter of fact , if the end plating will be rhodium plating .....prior to this we do a palladium plating so no oxidization will migrate from the silver to the surface ,after the palladium plating we plate our EXTREMELY HARD SUPER WHITE REAL RHODIUM PLATING , note as standard quality we plate each piece 120 seconds of rhodium so practically it is impossible for any oxidization to effect the silver .......note in the jewellery wholesale the plating time of rhodium is of 20 seconds or 10 seconds .............WE PLATE 6 TIMES LONGER
