Needles to say, they are also a main distributor for local users in Malaysia like goverment agencies, private companies and etc. The trade record can be viewed during table-top meeting with the Seller in the Seller's office. We can arrange the Buyer to meet-up with the Seller provided that the Buyer can prove to us they have the BCL, Bank Coordinate or any Proof of Fund documents ready in hands. The Seller only entertains a serious Buyer who is financially capable to purchase the said good. WE BRING THE END-SELLER RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR STEP. Only LOI with PoF will be entertained. Please address you LOI as below; TO: Principal Seller. THRU: HAN Engineering & Supply ATTN: Halim Ismail 2- Seller to issue Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to Buyer via Arranger. 3- Buyer, Seller and Arranger to sign the NCNDA and FPA. 5- Buyer and Seller to meet at Seller's office. Buyer MUST bring any Proof of Fund document as a pre-requisite to meet with Seller. 6- Buyer & Seller to finalize the deal.
