Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) of high aromatic content
- OurRPO originate from both Ishafan, Iran and Thailand. Ishafan oil is "thicker and slower" in the flowability. Both had some55-65% aromatic content and that the viscosity of the Thai origin islower than that of Ishafan.
- The use of hydrocarbon aromatic oil (RPO) is to extend or to dilute the rubbers. The oil acts as a plasticiser and a softener to reduce the melt viscosity of the rubber to which it is required in compounding.
- In rubber processing, youneed a good flow to increase productivity and also it works moreefficiently by gravity.
- We can ship the RPO in secondhand steel drum, flexitank or by bulk vessel.
