We have a list of petroleum products that we able to supply to CIF/ASWP as per requested by buyer . The products are , Russian D2-Diesel , JP54-Aviation Kerosene Colonial Grade 54 Russian Origin , M100-Mazut 100 Gost 10585-99 & 10585-75 , REBCO(Russian Export Blend Crude Oil)9965-76 , LPG-50/50 Propane and BUtane Mix . Terms of payment to be agreed upon by Buyer and Seller and for BIGGER AMOUNT with BG can be negotiated ( reseller ).

Procedure :

1.Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO , LOI and BCL with right soft probe

2.SELLER issues FCO

3.Buyer sign and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance

4.SELLER issues draft contract open for amendments

5.Buyer returns signed draft contract :

~ Buyer pays for the Pipeline Allocation Fee Charges

~ SELLER issues the Proof Of Product (POP) via Bank-To-Bank Swift Transfer

~ Buyer issues Proof Of Fund (POF) from prime bank subject to SELLER'S approval

6.SELLER issues original contract for final signatory , both party exchange hard copy of contract via courier within 5 days after receiving the AFIDAVIT and LETTER OF AFFIRMATION from the Government Transportation Monopoly Corporation

7.Buyer's bank issues payment instruction as agreed on Contract

8.SELLER issues 2% PB to activate buyer's payment instrument as agreed on contract

9.Delivery commence as scheduled

Official Mandates are entitled to the following benefits :

~ Priority for all your customers

~ Price negotiation for larger quantities

~ Should incase of visitations to the Russian Federation , SELLER takes Responsibility of your expenses

If terms are acceptable , kindly provide your LOI and ICPO
