*WE ONLY WELCOME GENUINE BUYER OR THEIR AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAN SHOWN US OFFICIAL LOI / ICPO / IMPORT LICENCE / Q88. (ANY TIME WASTER, FRAUD AND SCAMMERS WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY & BLACKLIST FROM DEALING WITH PETRONAS AND WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITY).
Terms & Conditions : -
1.Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (F.C.O) to counter buyer LOI, this document shall be sent via e-mail.
2.Buyer signs and seals the FCO and returns it to Seller along with Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and import licence copy.
3.Seller will send NCNDA copy for commission.
4.Buyer MUST issues a Bank Draft for full amount of cargo value to Petronas Dagangan Berhad and submit vessel’s Q88 with Crew List. (all payment will be made at PETRONAS DAGANGAN BERHAD office).
5.Seller issue Commercial Invoice.
6.Petronas Dagangan Berhad issues NOR and schedules for lifting to buyer.
7.Seller will pay all commission in NCNDA.
