comprehensive and extensive all-round experience in flame retardancy of protective clothing. Continuous development of the products have added

Environmental Performance:
Research from several universities in the USA and Germany shows no signs of toxic or environmentally damaging properties in Pyrovatex. The product has also been tested directly on the skin without showing any skin aggravation or allergy reactions. It does not contain any environmentally damaging or toxic substances such as bromine. Waste gas emission during combustion of Pyrovatex products is lower and less environmentally damaging than for untreated cotton textiles! In addition, Pyrovatex has been certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard, and is EMAS approved. The company continuously seeks to reduce emissions to air and water. Another aspiration is to achieve the lowest level of chemical use possible, which benefits end-users and environment alike.
