This style bag usually has bands of dark color created by dyeing the JungleVine cord before it is made into fabric. There also will be bursts of color added to various portions of the bag, especially in the area between the stripes. This typically is done by using the finger tips. Tassels also might be dyed. Color also can be added using cotton thread. Straps can be JungleVine or organic cotton that is very similar in appearance to JungleVine. Some of the seams and tassels could contain fabric salvaged from previously used garments. Some of the straps could have been used before by salvaging from earlier bags. Colors frequently are not coordinated with other colors on the same bag.
