Every new Cutting board includes 6 coloured sheets changeable cutting sheets meaning one
coloured sheet for different raw products:

Blue for Fish
Red for Raw Meat
Yellow for Poultry
White for Dairy Products
Green for Vegetables
Black for Serving - Carving the roast on the baseboard. The juice from the meat
goes to the juice groove.

With the changeable cutting sheets you can prepare different raw materials, minimizing the risk of cross contamination through Salmonella and Campylobacter infection.

The colour coded sheets are made of a very special PE (Polyethylene) specification and should only be used for cutting.

For chopping Meat or Fish bones we have a very special Chopping Cover which fits neatly over the top of the baseboard to enable chopping of Meat or Fish bones. These are also colour coded in red, blue or green (for tough root vegetables like Swede) but need to be ordered separately depending on the size of board used.

The revolutionary Patented base board is made of virgin PEHD (Polyethylene) in a special edition according to our specifications and there has been no compromise on the quality.
The design and construction of the feet, makes it easy to clean, and it is all commercial dishwasher safe.

We are so sure of the quality that we give you a unique 5 year guarantee on the baseboard
including the stands and taps.  This guarantee includes base board, stainless steel screw holders and stands including the rubber feet.  The guarantee is only valid if the instructions are followed carefully.  (The guarantee does not cover normal daily wear and tear including cutting marks on the surface of baseboards).
