Advacip for CIP cleaning

It is a liquid amber product with a mild odor, slightly viscous and is readily miscible with cleaning solutions especially with caustic solutions.

It is specifically formulated to enhance caustic  cleaning efficiency in  removing  milk residues in tanks and pipelines in milk and dairy processing equipment.

ADVACIP 100 is an alkali stable liquid additive to be used with caustic soda used CIP Cleaning. The product exhibits superior wetting ability, surface tension reduction and anti foaming property.

ADVACIP 100 can be dosed directly in the Caustic soda solution in the given proportion below.

Normally the following concentrations are required:

               0.1 -0.3%  ADVACIP 100

     and    1  -  3.0%    caustic soda
