Traditional uses: Malunggay helps strengthen the immune system, has anti cancer compound, contains 3 times the Potassium in Bananas, 4 times the Vitamin A in carrots, 2 times the Protein in Milk and 7 times the vitamin C in Oranges.
Directions: Brew well to be well. For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and allow brewing for 10-15 minutes. Add calamansi or lemon if desired.
It is best to take one tea bag in the morning and one in the evening.
