Product detail:
Food Grade Banana Flour is used in making Banana Catsup.
It is also used as substitute in baking Wheat Flour ( Glutten ) free
products.
The product is made from Sun Dried Green Cavendish Banana
milled in Stainless Steel Mills passing thru 100 mesh screen.
Moisture of the product is at 8-12%
