The Customer Profile allows you to maintain their particulars, and view products & service history of each one of them. There are also useful reports that are ready-to-use almost immediately.
There are standardised reports available for you to generate information quickly. With these available reports, you will be able to gather relevant information that helps keep customer relations healthy in the long run.
