SAE Type SEC Stainless Steel Single Ear Clamps KSL5065

Beverage, automotive, marine, motorcycle and industrial pinch clamps. The patented 300 Series Stainless Steel construction offers excellent strength and corrosive resistance. It offers sturdy and constant closure for extended periods of  time. Suitable for Poly and Braided Tubing. Additional sizes are available. Packaged bulk and in 100 piece poly bags. Forms a complete “Seamless” 360 degree seal ensuring long-term leak proof closure for critical engine fluid lines.

The clamp installs easily/quickly, which offers quick production line attachment of hose and fittings.

Offers low profile, which is excellent for use in areas where space and accessibility are of concern. Less expensive than the conventional worm drive clamp in terms of clamp and installation costs. Proper installations and clamp closure eliminates the need to re-tighten and provides a tamper-proof assembly.

1. Q:  How about your products’quality ?

   A:  You can rest assured about our quality,  we arrange the production according to ISO9001:2008 , our products meet hose clamps specification of SAE standard. We mainly export to North American countries. 

 

2. Q:  How to prove your products quality? Which standard of SAE do you meet? What is the standard code?

   A: We don't have model customer in domestic market at present times. Muray corporation has one hundred years’ history in hose clamps field, our exports to North American markets are continuously growing in recent years which reflects our quality is highly accepted by North American users. We can provide samples to our customers to test the quality. Our products meet SAE J1508-1997.

 

3. Q: Do you import your raw materials? Why is your price much higher than others in domestic market?

  A: Our raw materials are chosen from the best suppliers in China, it meets American standards. It is natural that international brand products price are higher than domestic brand products. The quality are not in the same level. Quality has its cost.

 

4. Q: Your products looks good from appearance and structure, does it be electroplated?

    A : No, it is not electroplated, we only do some polishing on the surface
