Non perforated Germany Type Hose Clamps
Specifications:
Non-perforated band protects the hose surface and prevents it from extruding or shearing through the band notches as the clamp is tightened, while providing extra grip that lined clamps do not.
Available in 9mm or 12mm band widths.
Materials organized as W1, W2, W3, W4, and W5 W5 = All 316 stainless steel W4 = All stainless steel. 300 grade SS band, housing and screw. W3 = All stainless steel. 430 grade SS band, housing and screw. W2 = Part stainless steel. Band and housing 430 grade SS, screw plated carbon steel. W1 = Carbon plated steel. Band, sousing and screw carbon plated steel.
Clamping range diameters based on mm scale and sized by European standard DIN3017. Available in 8mm to 160mm clamping ranges. Others available upon request.

Main Products Outline:
1 British hose clamps: band thickness is usually about 1 mm, double the thickness of other hose clamps. So the band tension is very strong. Widely used in larger pressure occasions. With out tooth traces at inner ring of the band can protect the soft surface of hoses.
