Tetramisole Soluble Powder COMPOSITION: 
Each 1 gram contains tetramisole hydrochloride 100mg.

 

Tetramisole Soluble Powder DESCRIPTION:
White crystalline powder.

 

Tetramisole Soluble Powder PHARMACOLOGY:
Tetramisole is an anthelmintic in treatment of many nematodes, especially active against intestinal nematodes.

It paralyzes susceptible worms by stimulating the nematode ganglia.

Tetramisole is quickly absorbed by blood, excreted through feces and urine quickly.

 

Tetramisole Powder INDICATIONS: 
Tetramisole 10% is effective in the treatment of ascariasis, hook worm infestation, pinworms, strongyloides and trichuriasis.

Also lung worms in ruminants. It is also used as immunostimulant.

 

Tetramisole Powder DOSAGE: 
Large animals (cattle, sheep, goats):0.15gm per 1kg body weight with drinking water or mixed with feed.

Poultry: 0.15 gm per 1kg body weight with drinking water for 12 hours only.

 

Tetramisole Soluble Powder WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

1 day for milk, 7 days for slaughter, 7 days for laying hens.
