[pharmacological action]

This product promotes animal anterior pituitary to release the luteinizing hormone (LH) 

and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). And it has the luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone action.Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, the pure product chemical

 properties are relatively steady, freeze drying is not easy to inactivation. For females,

 luteinizing hormone can hasten ovarian blood flow, On the basis of follicle stimulating

 hormone action, it will cause the follicle ovulation in FSH effect and promote the 

formation of corpus luteum. In cattle and pigs had confirmed that the luteinizing hormone 

can stimulate the corpus luteum to  release progesterone. For males, luteinizing hormone c

an stimulate leydig cell synthesis and secretion of testosterone. So for accessory sexual gland 

development and sperm final maturity, it plays a decisive role.

 

[Indication]For the treatment of cow ovulation hysteresis, inactive ovary, persistent corpus luteum, 

ovarian cyst; It can also be used for fish induced ovulation.

 

[Application and dosage]

Intramuscular Injection:

Cow : 25μg  

Sheep and Goat:  5μg  one  time

Swine :  15μg  one  time

Intraperitoneal Injection:

Grass carp: Each fish 2~5μg one time

Silver carp and bighead carp: Each fish 3~5μg one time
